Who Are The Nelson Twins?

The Nelson Twins are one of the most unique stand-up comedy acts in the world. Raised in the small rural town of Walbundrie in New South Wales, the identical twins have been performing together since 2006 and have quickly become one of Australia’s most sought-after double acts.

Known for their big bushranger beards, razor-sharp one-liners and constant on-stage bickering, The Nelson Twins deliver a fast-paced, unpredictable show that audiences instantly fall in love with. Their cheeky humour and quick wit allow them to connect with crowds of all kinds, from corporate events to comedy clubs, never shying away from a bit of audience interaction along the way.

The twins have built an impressive list of film and television credits including; Australian Feature Film, How To Talk Australian’s, Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions, Australia’s Got Talent, The Footy Show, The Australian IQ Test, Gold Diggers, Further Back In Time For Dinner, Insight, Before the Game, The Project, and National Geographic’s How To Win At Everything, as well as appearing in numerous television commercials.

Away from the stage, the boys are also qualified school teachers. Combining their passion for education and performance, they created the Stand Up And Be Counted workshop — a fun, engaging personal development program focused on leadership, teamwork, attitude, public speaking, and improving health and wellbeing. The program has been delivered around the world to corporate organisations, professional sporting teams and secondary schools.

In addition, The Nelson Twins are the creators and facilitators of the Spirit of Cricket and Toolkit presentations, programs designed to inspire and connect with communities across Australia and internationally.
